Step 2 — Get your API Key & Secret Key
- Account Settings → SMTP and SEND API settings (or API Key Management).
- Copy the API Key (your username) and the Secret Key (your password). The Secret Key is shown once — save it.
Step 3 — Paste into Mailbo
- Settings → SMTP & sending → click the Mailjet tile.
- Sender: From email (on your authenticated domain) + From name.
- Credentials: Username = API Key · Password = Secret Key.
- Save, then Send test email.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Fix |
|---|---|
| Auth fails | Use the API Key + Secret Key, not your Mailjet login email/password. |
| "Relay Access Denied" | Your sender domain/address isn't validated yet — finish Step 1. |
| Port blocked | Try 2525 or 465 if your network blocks 587/25. |
