Change or cancel your plan

Upgrade, downgrade, or stop your subscription.


You can change plans at any time from Settings → Billing.

Upgrade or downgrade

  1. Go to Settings → Billing.
  2. In the Switch plan section, choose Monthly or Yearly.
  3. Click the plan you want.
  • Upgrading gives you the higher limits immediately.
  • Downgrading takes effect according to your billing cycle. Before downgrading, make sure you're within the new plan's limits — e.g. fewer contacts/teammates than the lower plan allows — or you may need to trim first.

Cancel your subscription

Cancelling is done through the billing/manage-subscription area on the same page. When you cancel:

  • You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
  • After that, your workspace typically moves to the Free plan's limits rather than being deleted — so your contacts and content aren't lost, but features above Free become unavailable.

Before you downgrade or cancel

  • Export anything you need (e.g. your contacts) for safekeeping.
  • Note which features you'll lose (extra automations, teammates, webhooks, deliverability tools).

Need help?

If something about your subscription looks wrong — a charge you don't recognise, or trouble changing plans — contact support rather than creating duplicate subscriptions.
