Plans and what counts toward your limit

The four Mailbo plans and what each includes.

Mailbo has four plans. You can see them and your current usage under Settings → Billing. Prices below are the monthly-equivalent when billed yearly (yearly billing gives you 2 months free); a monthly option is also available via the toggle.

What counts toward your limit

  • Contacts — the number of people stored in your workspace. Unsubscribed contacts are kept for your records; check your plan card for how usage is counted.
  • Emails — on Free, you have a monthly send cap; paid plans are unlimited.

Your current usage (contacts and emails sent this month) is shown at the top of the Billing page.
