Update payment method and view invoices

Manage your card and download receipts.


All billing is managed from Settings → Billing.

View your current plan and usage

The top of the page shows your current plan and live usage — contacts used and emails sent this month — so you can see how close you are to any limits.

Update your payment method

Billing runs through a secure payment provider. From the Billing page, open the payment/manage-subscription option to:

  • Add or replace your card.
  • Update billing details.

For your security, Mailbo never asks you to type card numbers into a normal page — card details are entered directly in the secure payment provider's interface.

Download invoices and receipts

The billing/manage-subscription area lists your past invoices. Open it to download receipts — handy for expenses and accounting.

Switching monthly vs yearly

Use the Monthly / Yearly toggle in the Switch plan section. Yearly billing includes 2 months free versus paying monthly.
