Schedule a campaign for later
Write it now, send it at the perfect time.
You don't have to send a campaign the moment it's ready — you can schedule it for a future date and time. Useful for hitting your audience's best reading hours or lining up an announcement.
How to schedule
- Build your campaign as normal through Title → Design → Audience → Sender.
- On the Review step, instead of Send now, choose Schedule.
- Pick the date and time.
- Confirm.
About time zones: scheduled times are interpreted in the workspace timezone you set under Settings → Business profile. So if that's set to America/Los Angeles, "9:00 AM" means 9am Pacific. Set your timezone correctly before scheduling.
Manage scheduled campaigns
- Your dashboard has a Scheduled campaigns panel — click View all to see everything queued.
- You can open a scheduled campaign to edit it or cancel the schedule before it goes out.
Tips for timing
- There's no universal "best time" — it depends on your audience. Mid-morning on weekdays is a safe starting point.
- Avoid scheduling for the exact top of the hour (e.g. 10:00) when everyone else does; a few minutes past can stand out.
- Once a scheduled send fires, it behaves exactly like a normal send and can't be recalled — so preview first.
