Understanding your dashboard
What every number and chart on the home screen actually means.
The Dashboard is the first screen you see when you log in. It's a quick health-check of your email marketing. Here's what each part means.
The top banners
If you see a coloured bar across the very top, it's Mailbo telling you something needs attention — usually "No email provider connected" or "Add your business name + address." Click the link in the banner to fix it. They vanish once handled.
Performance over time
Four numbers for the period you choose (default: Last 30 days — change it with the dropdown on the right):
- Delivered — emails that successfully reached an inbox.
- Opened — how many were opened.
- Clicked — how many had a link clicked.
- Subscribers — the size of your audience, with the percentage change vs. the previous period.
A brand-new account shows zeros here — that's normal. Numbers appear once you start sending.
Subscriber growth
A bar chart of how your list is growing. Toggle 7d / 30d / 90d / 1y to change the window. Underneath it shows new vs. unsubscribed and your net change.
Campaign performance & Scheduled campaigns
- Campaign performance — sends per month over the last 6 months.
- Scheduled campaigns — anything queued to go out later. Click View all to manage them.
Create campaign
The button in the top-right is a shortcut to start a new broadcast — the same as Campaigns → Create campaign.
