Read sequence reports
See how many people are enrolled and how each email performs.
Open any sequence and click the Reports tab to see how it's performing. Because a sequence runs continuously, its report is about ongoing flow, not a single send.
What you'll see
- Enrolled — how many contacts are currently in the sequence (also shown at the top of the builder, e.g. "12 enrolled · 3 steps").
- Per-step performance — for each email in the series, its opens and clicks.
- Progress through the series — roughly how far people get.
How to read it
- A big drop-off after one specific email usually means that email's subject or content is weak — rework it.
- Low opens on the very first email can mean your from name/subject needs work, or people are forgetting they signed up (send email 1 immediately so it arrives while you're fresh in their mind).
- Healthy clicks deep in the series mean your nurture is working — consider adding a stronger call to action there.
Acting on it
Use what you learn to tweak individual steps (see Manage sequence steps). Because every new subscriber flows through the same sequence, a small improvement to one email compounds over every future contact.
